Polly’s journey with music was not spurred on by talent. From an early age she was discouraged from pursuing music altogether, as teacher after mentor would tell her and her family that “she was not made for it.” Yet it was the beauty in song and the truth in lyrics that stirred her heart and gave her a love for music that kept her trying, despite several failures, to create her own.

It began at age 13 with a vision of being able to stand in front of a crowd and give them a gift that would touch their hearts. She picked up a guitar and taught herself to play shortly after that. Through perseverance her talent grew and she was able to pen the words that became lyrics for songs on her own. Throughout high school and college, music was the ever-present dream and refuge in times of extreme trials; it was no longer just a pastime or hobby — it was a lifeline.

Her songwriting is inspired by artists such as Sara Bareilles, Brooke Fraser, Phil Wickham, Coldplay, and Alicia Keys. But the words and melodies are born from her life, her trials, and her faith. Excavating beauty from ashes, her songs have continually pointed her towards abundant life, unfailing love, and redemptive hope in her darkest moments. It is her deep pleasure to share that same gift with you.

Her debut EP, "This Is Healing" was released in 2018.
